Project Overview

Beauty is deeply ingrained in almost every aspect of today's societies and cultures. Evidently, the modern beauty industry has a direct correlation to the decrease in environmental health worldwide. It is up to us to implement small eco-friendly changes that will help add up to a better tomorrow.

Thoughtful Beauty is a curated blind beauty box that supports other companies on similar eco-driven missions.  

The thoughtful mission is prided on providing customers with the best quality; clean beauty products that are always ethically sourced, saving your beauty routine and the planet. All while educating the world around you in your own eco-driven endeavors.

Brand Identity

This logo features Chandler 42, a monospace type face. This bold and imperfect font was selected to symbolize how natural beauty is.

The hand drawn bow graphic is an ode to the thoughtful bow you often find on gifts. This bow is featured on the packaging, changing colors based upon subscription selection.

In contrast, Futura PT, is used throughout UI designs, print pieces and social media posts. This clean typeface complements and reflects Thoughtful Beauty's organic and sustainable beauty products.

Package Design

Hand crafted feel with minimal design, emphasizing the natural materials that create the shipping box. Printed with environmentally sound algae ink.

Info-Graphics

Finding thoughtful ways to spread environmental awareness in each beauty box. These recycled cards come with each order.

Web Design

View a sample persona "Activist Ash" who is reflective of the company's target audience. These personas directed the tone of voice used on the website and social media platforms to engage an audience.

Social Media Campaign

This social media campaign aims to involve, engage, and persuade the target audience. Welcoming people in the eco-friendly beauty community along with a chance to share their story.

Connecting with the audience by asking them to tell what makes them a #thoughtfulbeauty. Users are entered into a free 3 month subscription raffle for participating.

Thoughtful Beauty also chooses micro-influencers to promote the service to their niche audience.
